About
What Street Signal is — and what it isn't.
Street Signal is an editorial urban-intelligence platform. We interpret a small number of neighborhoods, in depth, for buyers who are deciding whether to live in them. We do not run a brokerage. We do not list every property in a city. We do not optimize for inventory volume. We optimize for the question that every cross-border buyer is actually asking: what is this place going to feel like, day to day, when I'm the one waking up here.
We start in Medellín because Medellín is the most-changed city in this hemisphere over the past ten years and the least-honestly-explained. Five barrios at launch. A small, opinionated set of curated properties — each one chosen because it reads the neighborhood well, each one credited to a partner broker we work with directly. Inventory is the entry point. The product is the read.
The team is small and the bar is high. We capture in person. We score on a system we will explain in full. We name the trade-offs that the listings will not name. We tell you when a barrio is mid-curve and when it is durable. We tell you when a unit is the right one and when it isn't. We tell you what we don't yet know — that, too, is part of the read.
We are not the right place to look if you want a search bar and three thousand units to filter. We are the right place to look if you want one or two neighborhoods read with the attention they deserve.
If you have a question about Medellín, the fastest way is to write to us directly.
