Privacy

What we collect, what we don't.

Street Signal NWA is an editorial publication, not a lead-generation funnel. The privacy posture below is what we actually do, in plain English, and it will not change without an update to this page and a dated note at the bottom.

What we collect

What we don't

If you contact us about a property

We may share your inquiry with the partner broker who is credited on the property page, because the listing broker is the legal representation channel for the transaction itself. We will tell you in our reply if we did this. We do not share inquiries with brokers unaffiliated with the specific property you asked about.

Children's privacy

Street Signal NWA is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to sales@onerealtynwa.com and we will delete it.

California / state-specific rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA / CPRA give you the right to request the personal information we hold about you, the right to ask us to delete it, and the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@onerealtynwa.com with the subject line "Privacy request." Similar rights apply in other US states with comparable laws (Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah); the same email address handles all of them.

Changes

If this page changes substantively, we will update the date below and describe what changed in a short note.
